Four sites, three divisions, no common foundation
Westco Group brings together three specialist businesses in Trinidad and Tobago: Westco Foods (frozen and chilled food distribution), Westco Cooling (exclusive Streamline air-conditioning distributor) and Westco Tones (automotive refinishing).
Each division had its own website, built at different times and in different ways. The sites did not feel like one group, were harder to maintain than they needed to be, and did too little to move trade buyers from browsing to enquiring.
Behind the scenes, analytics were fragmented across old accounts with third-party access still attached, and quote requests needed to reach the right team for each division and territory.
Clean rebuilds, purpose-built features and analytics Westco owns
- Rebuilt the Group, Foods, Cooling and Tones websites on clean Elementor Pro builds, giving every division a consistent, maintainable foundation.
- Redesigned the Group site as the umbrella story, introducing each division and routing visitors to the right business.
- Redesigned Westco Foods around who it supplies (restaurants, supermarkets, chandlers, caterers, hotels), with a full product catalogue by category and WhatsApp sales.
- Redesigned Westco Cooling around the Streamline brand, with separate messaging for installers, contractors and homeowners, a catalogue by unit type and phase, and a clear inverter-versus-regular explainer.
- Built custom plugins: a BTU calculator that recommends unit sizes from room dimensions, and back-in-stock alerts so buyers can ask to be notified when a product returns.
- Set up enquiry and quote routing: Foods requests go to the Trinidad or Caribbean sales team depending on territory, while Cooling and Tones each have their own dedicated inbox.
- Rebuilt GA4 and Tag Manager under Westco-owned accounts: a separate property for each site, tracking for calls, emails and form submissions, internal traffic filtered out and old third-party access removed, ready for a fresh Google Ads start.
- Westco Tones is now being rebuilt as a WooCommerce request-for-quote catalogue, organised by application, brand and product attributes.
One group, four sites that each do their job
Westco now has a consistent family of websites, each built around its own buyers, with tools that help them choose the right product and ask for it.
The group owns its data and access, every enquiry reaches the right team, and the tracking is in place to measure what its marketing delivers.
